BENNETT JONES signed as title sponsor of the Players' Championships Awards
Source: WCT release
The Grand Slam of Curling has signed Bennett Jones as the title sponsor for the Players Championship Awards Dinner. The Bennett Jones Awards Dinner includes a reception and awards ceremony to be held on April 12 at the Fairmont Palliser in Calgary. This will precede the Calgary Herald Men’s Players Championship and the BDO Classic Women’s Players Championship competitions occurring April 13–16 at the Calgary Corral.

The inaugural dinner will be hosted by Mr. Jim Jerome, a lively sports commentator and co-host of: 3 Guys on Radio. Organizers expect more than 400 curling enthusiasts to attend the dinner. All award categories and criteria will be announced later this week.

“We were searching for a sponsor that had a long history of the same leadership qualities as many of our players,” said Paul Boutilier, President of the Grand Slam of Curling. -- Click to Read More
