1990 BC Mens Curling Finals, I had a shot to force my opponent to an extra end and become BC Champion at 19!

I bleed the sport of curling 24/7!!!

Take it one shot at a time

What is one thing you really want to do before you die?
Travel as much of the world as possible.

Banging my broom on the carpet in the playoffs in the 1998 Brier. Ouch!

What kind of Training Regimen do you follow?
Cardio and weights in the gym. Have spent lots of time with mental trainer on that part of our sport.
